Further proof that I don't like the damn phone
I haven't talked to him (read: returned any of his calls) in over a week.
Time to get on the horn and keep the peace I guess.
Name a form of communication that you dislike.

I LOATHE the phone! I absolutely detest it! When I talk to someone on the phone, I suddenly run out of things to say. I avoid it at all costs.
I guess my preferred way to communicate (other than face to face) would be email.
Or possible morse code.
I HATE using the phone as well. Email is my prefered method of communication. And here I thought I was the only one who hated the phone.
I dislike the hand signals that people give me when I'm driving--wave to me with all five fingers, please!
Sign language is peaceful--I melt when my youngest signs xoxoxo to me.
I despise the phone as well. You and I will communicate peacefully forever via email, Kath. :)
God has a sense of humor because someone I'm seeing now has no email at home and can't understand my constant references to it.
It's like living back in the 80's again.
The phone never rings with good news for me. "We're rushing Dad to the ER." "Help - I have rats in my attic." "My car broke down." Never is it, "Hey - you won a million dollars!" No wonder I don't answer my phone any more.
I prefer typing to the phone.
Hate email ;-) Really, I don't think I am ever understood via it!
I hate being on a speakerphone - I don't care who it is, I will scream until they take me off of it :-P
Basically I hate most/all forms of communication anymore, in my old age -- face to face is still okay... :-)
Call me a sheep, but I hate the phone too. Hubby does too, so whenever he's on the road our conversations are very jilted.
Hi
Hi
How are you?
Fine
How are you?
Fine
OK, bye.
Yeah, it's about like that. ;)
PHONE. Bad phone. What are you supposed to say anyway? And if you miss the call, people freak. I'll talk to you when I talk to, leave me alone.
The phone is annoying but with the invention of caller ID it is not as bad as it once was.
What I find even more annoying is text messages on my phone. I love email and IM but text messages on my phone drive me bonkers - it takes me too long to reply and if you really need to talk to me at that moment call me -if I like you I might answer.
a) The phone.
b) The phone.
c) The phone.
d) All of the above. ;-)
